We also take steps to reduce our carbon footprint, which is why we manufacture right here in the UK and have our own transport service.

We have enhanced our green credentials so you receive the most eco friendly door on the market.
Not only is our door frame lead free which is kinder to the environment, the foam core material used to construct the door is 100% CFC free. Global doors are manufactured in one place right here in the UK reducing our carbon footprint.
Thermal Upgrades from Global Door
Our Doors can now be upgraded to have thermal glass, which improves the U value even further.
These upgraded glass units are filled with argon gas to improve insulation, and also have a warm edge spacer bar which deflects cold better than the standard. This image shows which areas are causing the main amount of heat loss (in red).
