1) Do Global Door supply direct to the trade or members of the public?

Not at all! We at Global door pride ourselves on a quality product at a realistic price and because of our production methods it helps us pass on the savings direct to you, our customers. All our doors combine the best products on the market.

3) Do you deliver?
The price Global door quote will include delivery to anywhere in the mainland U.K and have a system in place for when there is nobody on-site.

What’s more, the price you’re given includes delivery. When it comes to the time for your door to be delivered, we will even email or txt you to confirm when it’s arriving..

4) How long does will it take to deliver after I have placed my order?
Each order will arrive to anywhere in mainland U.K no longer than 10 days after completion of order; what’s more many of our styles are available in less than 7 days.

5) How does the door arrive to me?
When always aim to ensure that your door arrives in the same pristine condition as when it leaves our craftsmen. The door will packaged for transport in protective wrapping and will include a door care leaflet and installation guide.

6) What colour is the inside of the door?
The internal colour of the door will be white even if the external frame is Cherry wood/Mahogany or golden oak.
Why? Feedback from our customers has indicated that white internals are better for the light inside an entrance hall.

7) Are they easy to install?
Yes as the doors are pre-hung and glazed within the factory, Since we are the experts we ensure most of the difficult work has been done in preparing the door prior to installation, only handles and numerals require fitting.

We want you to have years of stress free pleasure, that’s why all our products are fully guaranteed. Global door will guarantee their composite doors and white PVC-U profiles and wood grain (cherry wood, light oak, mahogany) foils for a period of 10 years.

The guarantee will apply to colour stability, impact strength, and shape retention.

Any product found to be defective under the terms of the guarantee will be replaced and delivered free of charge to the premises of the customer.
