Same as the above doorknocker but with a spy-hole option. Which can be used to view outside when the doors are glazed with glass designs or patterned glass.

Lever Pads
This option would replace the external lever of your composite door with a pad, once closed a key would be required to open the composite door from the outside only. The inside lever would operate as normal.
